     When it comes to buying or selling a house, it is important to have a comrehensive inspection to inform you about the condition of the property and help you in the decision making process. We inspect all systems and components throughout the home from the roofing system to the crawl space as if our own families were moving into the house. Once the inspection is over we will provide a detailed summary of our findings through a digital report with photos and maintenance tips within 24 hours. 

Manufactured Home Foundation Certifications
         We provide HUD, FHA, VA, and Conventional Manufactured Home Foundation Certifications by a structual engineer in Washington State. Manufactued Home Foundation Certifications are needed when you are purchasing a home with a mortgage lender. The purpose of a Manufactured Home Foundation Certification is to verify that the Manufactured Home is on a permanent foundation and complies with HUDs guidelines.

L&I Verification Inspections
        Do you have decks, awnings or additions attached to your manufactured home? Manufactured homes are not designed to carry structural loads that were not factory built. L&I requires all site built amenities to be self supporting. We can inspect and verify whether or not the onsite built amenities are self supporting.
